The Ehlers-Danlos Society is excited to host a free event, “Hypermobility, Awareness, and Choice: Optimizing Function with Alexander Technique.” Anne Rodiger and Laura Tuthall will lead this interactive workshop on the Alexander Technique and its benefits for patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and related disorders. The Alexander Technique is an educational method that provides postural solutions for EDS and HSD instability.
The workshop will take place on January 14, 2018 from 4–6 pm in New York City at the 92nd Street Y, 1395 Lexington Avenue. Following the workshop, Lara Bloom will lead a short Q&A.
All workshop participants should be aware that this event will be photographed by Ehlers-Danlos Society personnel for use in Ehlers-Danlos Society promotional and educational materials.
