Help build EDS/HSD awareness by doing something you love: organize an activity!

Organize an activity based on your own hobbies and interests. Big or small, one person or a group — it doesn’t matter, everything helps and there is something for everyone! Check out our ideas or inspiration gallery and then use our awareness resources to spread EDS/HSD awareness to your community! Be sure to let us know using this form so we can help by posting to our website and gallery—and use #myEDSchallenge #myHSDchallenge on social media!

Many restaurants (both chains and local), as well as local shop vendors like to participate in charity days. Ask your favorite restaurant or shop if they will donate a portion of sales or proceeds for a day or evening to support The Ehlers-Danlos Society*. Produce fliers and digital marketing using our supporters logo to help spread the word far and wide around your community. Sell raffle tickets where half of the money raised goes to the winner and the other half goes to The Ehlers-Danlos Society.
