Take part in the global virtual Walk ‘N’ Roll challenge this May, and raise awareness of the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and hypermobility spectrum disorders!
You can take part in an activity of your choice dependent on the regulations in place in your state or country right now due to COVID-19 [Coronavirus], being sure to socially distance and stay safe.
This could be walking up and down the length of your garden or balcony, going on a run or using a treadmill, using a wheelchair or adaptive device around the house, or any inventive (but safe!) way you can think of. Each kilometer counts as one Act of Awareness in our goal this May of achieving 300,000 acts of awareness, joined as one global community!
There are many different ways to record your distance in the Walk ‘n’ Roll challenge including:
- Smartphone Health App (many devices have an app built-in)
- Running and cycling apps such as Strava, Runtastic, MapmyRun
