About this Group
Metro DC EDS and HSD Support Group is open to people with Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD) in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland, as well as to their family, friends, and caregivers. Our goal is to encourage ongoing sharing and support among members; learn more about EDS, HSD, and related conditions from each other and medical professionals; and help others better understand EDS and HSD and our lives as zebras.
We have quarterly meetings, which rotate between Washington, DC and Northern Virginia at metro-accessible locations. Meetings will be announced to our Google Group, listserv, website, and Facebook page. Between meetings we stay connected through email, Facebook, and social gatherings.
