Adriana is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy for women and men, connective tissue rehabilitation as well as general orthopedics.

​She has been a Doctor in physical therapy for over 16 years and has been specializing in women’s health since graduating from Northwestern University, in Chicago in, 2007. For the past 6 years, Adriana specialized in connective tissue disorder and has been working with patients with Ehler-Danlos Syndrome/Hypermobility Syndrome.

​As an active person herself, Adriana implements her “Mommy work outs”  with most pf her patients, “Kegels are boring and people eventually stop doing them. I developed an exercise routine that is fun and make you feel good and fit. Pelvic floor muscle should automatically engage with abdominals muscles with all activities.”

​During physical therapy sessions patient will learn about muscles recruitment and re-education among other things. The main objective is to help patients regain control over they bladder, bowel and musculoskeletal deficits.
