At Savvy Dietetics our aim is to help hypermobile humans make sense of their health, manage symptoms and get their zest back through tailored and achievable nutrition.
Aleisha is an experienced Accredited Practicing Dietitian with interests in complex gastroenterology, relationship with food, neurodiversity affirming care and women’s/AFAB health. For people with HSD/EDS, she can help manage symptoms including gut pain, nausea, food allergies & intolerances, abdominal vascular compression syndromes, bowel symptoms, reflux, histamine intolerance related to MCAS, sodium and hydration for POTS/OI, and more. She takes a holistic approach and can help with organising and interpreting blood test results, and provide evidence-based practitioner-only supplements if clinically indicated.
