Chronic illness is also a part of my lived experience. I know what it’s like to battle and advocate in order to be taken seriously by your medical providers, to feel like a burden to those around you, and to wonder if it will ever feel better.

Now, as a chronic illness therapist, it’s my privilege to offer you a space where you can safely sit with all of the emotions and questions you haven’t felt comfortable verbalizing in the past, as well as the expertise and guidance you deserve to find meaning and purpose for the future.
