About these Clinics/Practices

Sego Lily Counseling is located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.  We have 12 clinicians on staff specializing in different areas.  Ashly mostly sees clients online and specializes in chronic health diagnoses and eating disorders.  She has a waitlist, but is currently training a new clinician to improve wait times for clients seeking chronic illness support.

Ashly has a website where she shares info about rare disorders and her story, https://www.believepain.com.  She also has a graduate level interdisciplinary certificate in Women’s Health.

She facilitates a virtual POTS group every Wednesday at 1:00, but if this group gets full, she’s open to creating another group with with enough interest, even one specifically for those with an EDS diagnosis.  The POTS group provides peer support as well as psycho education related to living with POTS.  Currently, you must be in Utah to join.

We accept most insurances.  It’s $25 for group or $150 for an individual session.
