As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I see adults (18 & up) who are looking for counseling or therapy to treat and manage anxiety, depression, trauma / PTSD / CPTSD, eating disorders and body-image issues, BFRBs, family of origin issues, relationship concerns, addictions, chronic pain, chronic medical problems, grief and loss, and caregiver stress.  I’m down to earth, trained intensively in trauma and grief, CBT, DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and various somatic mind-body techniques to release trauma.  I wish to collaborate with you to honor your individual goals and intentions for therapy.  As a person who also experiences hyper mobility and various medical comorbidities, I’m familiar with medical trauma.  It’s my honor to provide a space to get to know your unique therapeutic goals and to process your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.  I respond better to phone calls, so please follow up an email with a phone call/voicemail to ensure I received your email.  Thank you so much!
