Burkhardt Physical Therapy Center is a privately owned outpatient clinic that specializes in treating chronic pain with a unique approach. Our team of 5 therapist and 1 therapist assistant treat a variety of conditions and adapt to people and circumstances. We have developed a sense of acceptance in interacting with patients, doctors and providers of all kinds leading to openness to other ideas and treatment styles. Getting to know individuals and learning from their previous experiences helps us meld together a plan which ultimately better serves our patients.

We use a combination of advanced and highly skilled techniques that patients respond well to. These include Myofascial Release to the neuromuscular system with cupping, deep releases, skin rolling, and deep trigger point release; Dry Needling Technique (Intramuscular Trigger Point Release); Jones and Fascial Strain Counterstrain, CranioSacral, Muscle Energy, and Graston (Instrument Assisted) Techniques. We also combine the above techniques with joint mobilizations, home exercise, self-management education, and Kinesio taping to assist our patients in achieving relief and success with their physical therapy treatments.
