I am working with Providence providing Home Health (serving North OC and parts of LA County). I specialize in working with patients with complex chronic illness, especially those with EDS or HSD. I empower my clients to participate more fully in their daily activities and improve management of their chronic symptoms through collaboratively creating sustainable healthy lifestyle changes. Sessions can focus on topics such as energy conservation, pain reduction, stress management, sleep, time management, compensatory strategies, headache/migraine management, and more. I also offer local ergonomic evaluations and provide assistance with recommendations related to work or academic accommodations.
