Inside Out Physical Therapy is an integrative and holistic practice that supports overall physiological wellness as the foundation for all treatment for Pelvic Health.  With thirty years of experience, informed by a strong foundation in neuromotor evaluation and training as well as fascial integration, Pelvic Health became Caroline’s passion in this field.  She brings an eclectic approach to her treatment, tying together all aspects of Pelvic Health influence with a deep and varied toolbox of techniques.  Her initial motivation in this field was around the largely neglected population around pregnancy and birth as well as bladder and bowel dysfunction, and has grown into more complex issues such as Interstitial Cystitis, PCOS, Endometriosis, EDS and Menopause.  She is excited to continue helping people change the rest of their lives for the rest of hers.
