I am an experienced Pilates Instructor with special interest in hypermobility and hEDS. I work with all ages, from 10 years to 80+, and work specifically with dancers and athletes on supporting their training and competition/performance needs along with their long term health and management. A large proportion of my clients are managing ongoing health or medical conditions, some who I have been seeing regularly for 10+, 15+ and 20+ years.
