With 27 years of clinical experience in pediatric and adult behavioral medicine, I value addressing both the physical and psychological wellness of individuals through the lifespan. I have specialized training with children, adolescents, adult individuals and families. My therapeutic training is based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). However, I enjoy implementing differing techniques into my therapeutic practices. I believe each client plays an active role in their customized treatment to address their concerns, expand insight and achieve desired goals. I have specialized training in anxiety and depressive disorders, stress management, PTSD, cyber bullying, NPD and NPD abuse, transitions associated with divorce, life stressors, and disasters. As well as; chronic pain, GI disorders, functional disorders, migraines, CRPS, MCAS, dysautonomia, hEDS, EDS, POTS, AMPS & behavioral modification.
