Dr. Cristiana sees patients one on one for an hour and has deep value for a team approach, including her patients and any other providers they are already connected with, as well as having a good referral source to fill in the gaps for the most holistic approach to total health.  She has extensive experience treating patients with connective tissue disorders and complex/persistent pain syndromes and has comprehensive training to identify drivers of pain and dysfunction through the Integrated System Model, Integrated Manual Therapy, and STOTT Rehab Pilates, limiting the risk of over-treatment that can lead to rebound pain.  Cristiana has HSD and uses naturopathic care, Pilates, and physical therapy to maintain an active lifestyle.
