About these Clinics/Practices

I am a founder and director of Beyond Acupuncture Clinic in McLean VA. My specialty covers a variety of orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. My comprehensive perspective comes from my unique background in South Korea. For 6 years, I learned 60% of western medicine and 40% of eastern medicine which gave me a wide point of view. While I was trained in a tertiary hospital setting from 2006 to 2010, I was able to care for diverse conditions from stroke, emergency care, musculoskeletal conditions, and internal illness as well.
My approach is based on anatomy, kinesiology, and neurophysiology which empowered me to provide quality care for each patient. I’m so glad that I can do my best for EDS patients suffering from diverse symptoms. I’m highly interested in reducing hypermobility by enhancing ligaments and strengthening musculature. My interest for body led me to become a certified personal trainer. I hope I can set a personalized strategy to jump over the huddle of EDS.
