I have been practicing over ten years in Jacksonville. i have worked with many EDS/Hypermobile pt’s including collaboration with local providers close to the pt’s home in assessment/treatment. I have worked with many other specialty providers in this area including learning from their mistakes and successes over the years.

I have a high emphasis on psychologically informed physical therapy (If you change the way you look at things, you look at change. -Dr. Wayne Dyer”), manual therapy, exercises. Modalities do have there place (ultrasound, ice, heat,, electrical stimulation ie TENS) but an active approach is often needed in the vast majority of cases.
