Intensive Care at Home are the leading and most innovative Quality-of-Life and Quality of End-of-Life Intensive Home Care Nursing service provider for long- term invasive and mechanically ventilated adults and children with tracheostomy, and or complex medical care needs. We provide tailor-made and holistic solutions for our clients and their families in their own homes providing only highly skilled critical care registered nurses (CCRNs).

Over the past 10 years we have provided over 250,00 hours of intensive nursing care for clients across metro, regional, rural and remote regions of Australia in their homes. We have helped many clients ‘stranded’ in acute inpatient facilities transition home, often directly from ICU/HDU/PICU/NICU, whilst still receiving the high-quality complex nursing care they require.  We have highly experienced CCRNs who specialise in geriatrics, adult, pediatric and neonatal nursing and tailor each of our clients care plans to suit their individual needs.

ICAH is fully third-party insured and hold ISO9001 and ACIS 4.0 (Australian Community Industry Standards) accreditation. We are also accredited with the NDIS, work with clients via the DVA, and are registered service providers for the TAC, Icare and the NIISQ.

We also assist clients to receive home care utilising their private health fund insurance and service privately funded client.
