About these Clinics/Practices
I am a neurodiversity-affirming clinical psychologist. I enjoy working with all neurotypes and have a special interest in supporting adults who identify as neurodivergent, in particular autistic and ADHD people. I am passionate about health psychology and have experience supporting clients who have chronic pain, CFS/ME, fibromyalgia, POTS, MCAS, autoimmune issues, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and hypermobility spectrum conditions.
I offer therapy for a wide range of difficulties, such as self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, emotion regulation difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, chronic pain, sleep disturbance, burnout, workplace issues.
I enjoy providing evidence-based therapy techniques in a personalised, engaging and creative way. My therapy approach is trauma informed and rooted in attachment science. I tend to combine several frameworks to design in collaboration with the client a treatment plan uniquely tailored to their needs and goals. The main therapeutic modalities I utilise are Schema Therapy, EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, ACT and DBT.
