I specialize in helping LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and disabled teens and adults in finding more self-compassion. I approach my work with collaboration, creativity, cultural humility, and a focus on harm reduction at the heart of it all. While I have a passion for serving the LGBTQIA+ community, I embrace and welcome clients from all backgrounds/experiences!
With parents, I offer a supportive space to express complex emotions, process grief/loss, and lean into the discomfort of the unknown while learning how to better connect with and affirm your LGBTQIA+ loved one(s). We are all beautiful, whole, and deserving of affirming care. Let’s grow together!
