Based on my own experience with HSD, I use a slow and steady approach to strength and mobility that includes education and a sense of humour. I offer practical (not medical) advice on living with chronic pain and fatigue. I can help put your long list of physio exercises into an enjoyable regular routine. I also work with kids and can find a way to make any exercise fun!
