About these Clinics/Practices

I’m a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) but don’t be fooled by the name, although I’m specialised in exercise prescription, my treatment focus is on education and energy management to stabilise and improve patient symptoms, promote independence, predictability, and overall quality of life.

As someone living with dysautonomia and fatigue myself, I went down a unique pathway of specialisation and ongoing development to treat using education via a patient led approach. With personal experience, years of tertiary education, and specialist training in both Australia and the UK, I have been able to develop a bespoke program to help those living with invisible illness.

The most common conditions I see in my practice are hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS), Dysautonomia, persistent pain disorders (eg. Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis), persistent fatigue disorders (eg. CFS/ME, Long COVID), and neurodiverse groups.

My practice accommodates for children and adults of all abilities and capacities and I provide services via Telehealth to eliminate the barrier of both distance and fatigue. I know that travelling to attend appointments in person can be fatiguing and finding specialised practitioners nearby isn’t easy!

I’m currently based in Cornwall, however I deliver Telehealth services across the United Kingdom, Southern Ireland, and Australia.
