I am a psychotherapist with an interest in working with those experiencing chronic pain, particularly due to EDS. I am based in Sussex in UK however, I successfully work online with clients. I have a wide range of training, however the foundation of my practice is humanistic, based on philosophical ideas.
My believe is pain is what you say it is and living with chronic pain can be very difficult, especially when there is no cure. Having the right support in place might not take away pain, but it might change how you think and feel about living in pain. I work by really listening to your experience of pain and aim to work alongside you, as you are the expert of your own body, I see my role as helping you navigate through expressing what life is like for you.
