About these Clinics/Practices

I treat a broad array of musculoskeletal and related conditions utilizing an integrative, holistic approach. Most of what I do centers on osteopathic principles and practices. I try to minimize pharmaceutical utilization and don’t prescribe controlled medications.

I am proficient in and utilize the following techniques to address musculoskeletal distortions/dysfunctions: myofascial release, articulatory technique, counterstrain, muscle energy, balanced ligamentous tension (BLT), ligamentous articular strain (LAS), cranial osteopathy, progressive inhibition of neuromuscular structures (PINS), and high velocity low amplitude (HVLA).

Additionally I frequently do cupping, dry needling, and trigger point injections. The key to my approach is individualization and even improvisation because no two people are exactly alike so the treatment approaches cannot be cookie cutter, especially pertaining to EDS.

I have a background in nutrition and exercise physiology and frequently utilize these disciplines with my patients as well as establishing sound sleep hygiene routines. I currently participate with Medicare, Carefirst, and Aetna. Feel free to reach out. I would be happy to help.
