Dr. Irman Forghani is the Director of Genetics at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is board-certified by the American College of Medical Genetics and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Prior to her position as the Director of Clinical Genetics at Mount Sinai Medical Center, she was an Associate Professor of Human Genetics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, FL, where she served as the Founder and Director of the Hereditary Connective Tissue Disorder Clinic. Her practice focuses on adult inherited and complex disorders, with a special interest Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and other Adult inherited disorders.
