Jenna Samuels

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California providing telehealth (online) counseling services to adult clients. With over 11 years of experience, I offer a blended, yet present-focused approach to healing and well-being. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I have extensive experience in working with anxiety and depression in adults. I am neurodiversity affirming and also specialize in working with parents of neurodivergent children, as well as adults diagnosed with ADHD later in life. I believe that the therapeutic relationship and rapport building are vital in helping clients get the most out of their counseling experience. My role is to help support my clients in creating attainable goals that they can succeed in accomplishing.
