About these Clinics/Practices

I have been practising yoga with hEDS since 1981, and working as a yoga teacher / therapist with people with joint hypermobility since 2003. Clients range from elite dancers to those who are very debilitated by their hypermobility. I am the author of ‘Hypermobility on the Yoga Mat: A Guide to Hypermobility-Aware Yoga Teaching and Practice’. I am also autistic and welcome neurodivergent students and clients. I offer:

1:1 biomechanical work with people with joint hypermobility through the medium of yoga. (Those with an existing yoga practice only.)
1:1 emotional / psychological yoga therapy – helpful for working with issues of anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders and other mental health issues. (All welcome.)
Workshops about practising yoga in a helpful way with a joint hypermobility syndrome (open to hypermobile people with an existing yoga practice and to yoga teachers wanting to work more effectively with hypermobility).
Restorative yoga classes (constructive rest helpful for hypermobile people and others dealing with fatigue, stress and pain).
