I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working with youth and adults. I consider myself an “eclectic” provider and use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I am EMDRIA certified, and use DBT, CBT, Play & Art Therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
