About these Clinics/Practices

Kaitlin Frady is a dual-licensed massage therapist (LMT) and physical therapist assistant (PTA) who has been practicing therapeutic bodywork since 2012. Kaitlin has treated and guided movement in a wide variety of settings, including a hospital medical-surgical unit, fitness centers, multiple outpatient physical therapy clinics, an aquatic therapy center, schools, and several private massage therapy practices. Kaitlin considers herself a lifelong student of the art and science of movement and functional anatomy.

Kaitlin founded Root & Branch Bodywork in an effort to bridge her passions for human movement science, skilled hands-on treatment interventions, and evidence-based care.

Kaitlin’s approach to bodywork is informed by her athletic background as a former professional aerialist and circus artist who has trained, performed, and coached all over the world. Having moved through both traumatic and chronic overuse injuries throughout her career, she is passionate about identifying and retraining inefficient movement patterns to prevent and treat injuries, address postural imbalances, and help individuals find greater ease of movement within their own bodies.
