I’m a Naturopathic Doctor with a special interest in sports medicine, pain management, HPA dysfunction & mental health.

I take pride myself on taking a comprehensive and realistic approach to help my patients live their lives to the fullest and get back to doing what they love!

Special areas of practice include clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, myofascial support (ex. cupping, myofascial release & acupuncture), baseline & functional medical testing, digestive assessment & treatments (food sensitivities, intestinal permeability, SIBO/dysbiosis), adrenal & cortisol assessment & regulation.

(*Sidenote: I’ve also been recovering from an ACL reconstruction which led to me discover my own EDS & dysautonomia, so I’ve got some first-hand experience in guinea-pigging myself back to health!)
