About these Clinics/Practices

I specialize in working with adults to explore the mental health impacts of living with chronic illness. As someone who also lives with EDS, I’ve found it’s challenging to find mental health providers who are familiar with the language and daily struggles of chronic illness- especially a multi-system condition like EDS.

Knowing how lonely this road can be, I am passionate about supporting other chronically ill folks as they move through the myriad mental health impacts of physical health concerns. Always with a keen eye for ableism and how it it impacts our experience of the world, you and I can explore things like grief and loss, building trust and alliance with your body, relational strain, medical advocacy, and anything else your chronic illness may touch.

You’ll find me a compassionate ally who will never pity or force silver linings and instead will offer solidarity, validation, and space for you to just be.
