I am a licensed MFT with training in EMDR and somatic therapy. I am experienced in living with my own chronic illness and am knowledgeable about life with EDS and it’s comorbidities.

I help my sick and disabled clients with developing their own definitions of self care, honoring their bodies’ limits, navigating family and romantic relationships, working with shame and internalized ableism, body image issues, navigating complex and difficult medical systems, and reducing the symptoms of medical trauma and CPTSD.
