About these Clinics/Practices

Private practice orthopaedic and sport medicine clinic. We have sport medicine physicians, physiotherapists, massage therapists and naturopathic doctors who treat all varieties of patients. We use a rehabilitative pilates program that I current use for all my clients with hyper mobile conditions and EDS specifically. It is focused on one on one tailored exercise programs run by myself and a pilates instructor on stabilization, neutral joint alignment and building strength and proprioceptive function.

I have my professional designation in ballet and treat numerous ballet dancers with underlying hypermobility spectrum disorders and EDS. I work closely with Women’s College Hospital (Cardiac Rehab) and Toronto General Hospital (EDS clinic) to provide out patient care for clients with EDS.

I have taken courses on EDS, treatment of clients with hypermobility spectrum disorders, pain science and education, as well as have many courses on manual therapy that I can selectively use for clients for pain relief.
