I have been working with clients on a one-to-one basis for over 10 years. Helping women to improve their lifestyle through strength and confidence found in a connection to movement in order to regain the active lifestyle in order to have a full and happy life. I have worked with many women over the years who are recovering postnatal or from injury. Currently going into my third year as a Neuromuscular therapist working in a clinical environment, I have had little experience working with EDS and hypermobility. This is fascinating me as I gain experience with clients who have completely different symptoms and flareups. One lady in particular who known in her 30s has been in pain since her teenage years, She has been with me now for over months and we are seeing some fantastic results good quality movement and pilates. I am to learn so much more and really get some good insight in order to continue my practice and evolve as a therapist.
