NH Evaluation Clinic is a privately-owned (and Veteran-owned) practice in Manchester NH run by Dr. Mastromarino MD., and Matthew Voss, PA-C. We offer comprehensive consultations for patients who suffer from, or believe they may have a chronic connective tissue disorder such as Ehlers-Danlos, Marfan Syndrome, Loeys-Deitz Syndrome, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, or other ill-defined chronic illness.

Our practice provides patients with a proper diagnosis using current diagnostic criteria, tilt-table testing, and if necessary, genetic testing. Patients at our clinic can continue to be treated with traditional medications and therapies prescribed by their personal Primary Care Physician, and concurrently treated by our providers with therapeutic cannabis, compounded topical medications, and low-dose naltrexone (LDN).

We are not a Primary Care Office, so all patients are encouraged to have a PCP while engaging with us.
