Hello there, I’m Maureen.

I am also a  Zebra (and have multiple co-morbid conditions) – and so I ‘get you’, and understand the real-life challenges EDS brings.

Please note that I am a certified and accredited Life & Mindset C0ach – not a counsellor, medical professional, or therapist. Using a unique and seamless blend of practical and spiritual tools and practices, NLP and mindset techniques and strategies, pain management techniques(where appropriate), visualisation, mindfulness, journalling and meditation techniques, my coaching and mentoring bring meaningful and fulfilling results and take a holistic mind, body, spirit, and soul approach.

I am based in Milnathort in Kinross-shire, Scotland; however, my clients come to me from all across the UK, Europe, America, Saudi Arabia, Australia—and all around the Globe. In my second decade serving as a Life Coach and Mentor, I have a proven track record and take pride in the results I bring.
