You’ve been weighed down by exhaustion, anxiety, and overwhelm for so long. On the inside, thoughts of perfectionism, and replays of your past keep you awake at night, draining your motivation and blurring your focus. You are anxious about, well, everything? That’s where I come in. I’m here to help you sort through the mess and make sense of it all. I specialize in helping ADHDers, college students, anxiety ridden overthinkers, and perfectionists.

Clients often describe my style as warm, comforting, and laid-back. My therapeutic style integrates EMDR, mindfulness, somatic practices, DBT, CBT, and IFS. I’m proudly neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I believe therapy is a balance of laughter, tears, and intentional work.
