Natalia enjoys working with all neurotypes and has a special interest in supporting adults who identify as neurodivergent, for example individuals who are on the autism spectrum and/or who are struggling with ADHD symptoms. She provides therapy for a wide range of difficulties, such as self-esteem issues, chronic health concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, emotion regulation difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, chronic pain, sleep disturbance, burnout, workplace issues.

Natalia is experienced in a number of evidence-based therapy modalities, enabling her to tailor her approach to the person’s needs to ensure that they are getting the most out of their sessions. She works within a trauma-informed and attachment-based framework, drawing from Schema Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. Depending on the client’s needs, she also incorporates into the treatment interventions from Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). One of her strengths is her ability to provide evidence-based therapy techniques in a personalized, engaging and creative way.
