Niki Strealy, RDN, LD is the owner of Strategic Nutrition, LLC, a private practice empowering people to improve their digestive health, which is often needed for those with hEDS or HSD. She has been a registered dietitian nutritionist since 1996. Niki’s first book “The Diarrhea Dietitian: Expert Advice, Practical Solutions, and Strategic Nutrition” was published in 2013. In middle school she was diagnosed with IBS and then celiac disease in 2016. Niki  also works with athletes with digestive disorders.
