I have a special interest in managing chronic complex pain conditions. In patients with EDS this means not just understanding the cause of the pain but also figuring out what else is preventing them from functioning or contributing to their difficulty with functioning. It may mean managing fatigue, anxiety and brain fog. Finding solutions with associated conditions such as POTS / Dysauotonomia, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), mitochondrial dysfunction, chiari malformation, cranio cervical instability, tethered cord syndrome, gastrointestinal issues. My job is to put all these together and connect the dots, start treatments and make recommendations.
