I know what it’s like to live with chronic illness and pain. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Disease and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditids. I’ve fought for a diagnosis, the medical care I need and issues of everyday life. However, I have found solutions that work for me.
