We believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to fitness and injury prevention, especially if you are Hypermobile and/or live with HSD/EDS or a similar Connective Tissue disease. There are no quick solutions either. However, by creating a sustainable, long-term approach to your health management and fitness goals, you will feel and see better results quickly that stick over time and will ultimately lead to fewer flares and a highly improved quality of life.

Based in Evergreen, Colorado, we heal Hypermobility Spectrum clients from the Front Range of Denver to the foothills. Through virtual sessions, we are able to work anywhere in the USA. We focus primarily on Injury Mitigation for all stages, ages, and progressions of Hypermobility/HSD/EDS, and sport and recreation-specific training for mountain and road biking, rock climbing (outdoor, gym, trad, boulder V0-V15, and sport 5.Fun-5.13s), competitive and recreational skiing, horseback riding, ice hockey, and backpacking. We do highly specialized work with prehabilitation (before surgery or PT), post-rehabilitation (after PT is complete), as well as hypermobile/HSD/EDS pre-and post-natal fitness clients.
