About these Clinics/Practices

I know what it’s like to feel unseen, dismissed, or like your struggles don’t quite fit the mold of what people expect. Maybe you’ve been told your pain is all in your head, that you’re too sensitive, or that you just need to try harder—but deep down, you know there’s more to the story. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, unlearning harmful narratives about your body, processing trauma, or exploring your identity, this is a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your experience. You are already enough, just as you are.

Above all, my goal is to meet you where you are, help you feel seen, and support you in creating a life that feels like yours—not one shaped by survival alone. Therapy should be a space where you can exist fully, without apology. I’m here to help you build that space.

My counseling practice is remote and serves the entire state of Georgia.

I’m a licensed Counselor and Art Therapist based in Georgia, offering person-centered and empowerment-based counseling for diverse populations. I specialize in social justice work, trauma processing, and advocacy, and I use a range of techniques, including art therapy, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and somatic therapies.

As a 2SLGBTQIA+, chronically ill, neurodivergent, secular, larger-bodied therapist who has hEDS, MCAS, chronic migraines, and PMDD, I strive to provide an inclusive and judgment-free environment for individuals of all sexual identities, genders, abilities, races, ages, and body sizes. Whether you’re struggling with body image, living with chronic pain or illness, or just need support navigating life’s challenges, I’m here to help.

Other Concerns
My approach to counseling focuses on viewing you as a whole person and supporting you through the systems that are affecting you. While art therapy and holistic techniques are my specialty, I’ll work with you to find what works best for your unique needs and goals.
Don’t worry if you have no prior experience with art; it’s not necessary! Art therapy is about the process, not the product. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey. Let’s work together towards your goals using a holistic, whole-person approach.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my spouse, pets and gardening. I have a special interest in working with marginalized populations, so you can rest assured that you’ll receive the support and understanding you need. Let’s start your journey to healing and growth today.
