About these Clinics/Practices

We are a small Physiotherapist and clinical Pilates practice that prides itself on patient focused care. We perform comprehensive assessments, liaise with other health practitioners and discuss the goals and objectives of our individual clients. We can provide hands on therapy, education and tailored exercise management to help our clients achieve their goals. Our clinical Pilates area is open and bright. Clients follow their individualised program in either a one on one session with one of our physiotherapist or within a small group. In either case, supervision to maximise the movement techniques, coordination of breathing and pain management is paramount to maximise the benefits of this exercise rehabilitation.
