Dr. Sarah Woodward, Physical Therapist is the owner of Luminous Physio where we offer a whole body, whole person approach to managing and reducing the pain, fatigue, and dysfunctions that stem from chronic orthopedic, abdominal and pelvic issues that often arise with hypermobility (ie: joint pains, recurrent sprains/strains, chronic fatigue, spine pain, prolapse, constipation, pelvic pain, infertility, incontinence). We parter with you to create an individualized physical therapy program that helps you understand the source of your symptoms and identify what tools work best to improve your quality of life at different phases in your journey.
