About these Clinics/Practices

Dr Abrams is triple board certified with her primary practice in Pediatric GI & Nutrition. As a woman with EDS, Dr Abrams has always had a special interest in the GI manifestations of EDS/hypermobility syndrome. Originally working as an NIH funded researcher & hepatologist at Baylor College of Medicine, she had a focus on obesity and fatty liver disease. Dr Abrams transitioned into clinical medicine in California in 2013. After going through an emotionally traumatizing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome journey with her sister, Dr. Abrams became a super-specialist in Chronic Fatigue. Dr. Abrams has telemedicine practices in California & Texas that are highly focused on the nutritional management (including supplements such as CBD, as well as a focus on LDN consults) for patients with suspected or confirmed EDS, MCAS, POTS, CFS/ME and autoimmune diseases such as IBD, Psoriasis/Psoriatic arthritis, MS, RA, SLE, Hashimotos, Graves and MG.
