I’m working with pain rehabilitation, where people with HSD/hEDS are relatively common diagnoses. Other EDS types are rare.
I am also a PhD student at Linköping University. My research is about everyday challenges that people with HSD/hEDS experience. How pain affects everyday life, how people value and perform everyday activities, what strategies they use to manage their everyday life. And finally, a long-term follow-up of an RCT- study in which wrist stabilisation training was compared with orthotic treatment.
