Please note:
- The form will be open 2 weeks prior to each session to accept submissions.
- If the form has closed it will be because we have received the maximum number of 3 cases or questions for the session.
- We also aim to accept one further question or case raised at the session. To do this please join 10 minutes before the start of the session to discuss your question/case with a facilitator.
