EDS ECHO Nursing launches on International Nurses Day, 2020

Recognizing the hugely important roles nurses play in the care of patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD), The Ehlers-Danlos Society is excited to share with you the launch of a new EDS ECHO program specifically for nurses. We are equally delighted to announce this during May Awareness 2020 and in support of International Nurses Day (May 12).

Our EDS ECHO programs are free to join and use ZOOM; making them accessible everywhere around the World. The Nurses program will begin in August 2020 with monthly sessions for all qualified, practicing community and hospital-based nurses with an interest in learning more about the management of EDS and HSD.

In addition, nurses, alongside all practicing healthcare professionals are also encouraged to join our EDS ECHO Professionals programs. More information about these programs is available here.
