Jennifer suffered many undiagnosed years from EDS. Her pain and gastric issues kept her from enjoying many things she would have preferred to have been doing. But she gave generously where she could. She cheered others up with her calls and text messages. She inspired others to overcome their personal battles. She was a second mom to her nieces and nephews. Her advice was cherished and her laughter was contagious. Her writings were profound. Her battle often fell on deaf ears in the medical community. She powered through as best she could. Ultimately, she paid the highest price for their ignorance at the age of 37. But she gave life to four others through organ donation and remains in the hearts of 100’s of people who were blessed by her love and her burdens. (Katherine Nye)
